KEBA Engineering is a family-owned business that has been in operation since 1988. Over the years, they have acquired a list of loyal clients. However, both potential and current clients had trouble finding them in the modern age of the internet.

Create an online presence that focuses on KEBA's brand and is easy to find for users.

How We Solved It

Stakeholders interview

A key focus of stakeholder interviews it to ask the “What”, “Why” and “How” of a project. The reason we do that is to set expectations and help the client towards a solution that they may not even know they need. Working with the project stakeholders is a key part of any UX design process. Below are some insights gained after working with Keba's stakeholders. I think you will notice the same pattern I did.

Pain Points: no online presence, customers struggled to find them and their brand was not clearly defined

Competitive Analysis

Keba's stakeholders clearly wanted to share their story with others and attract more clients. They wanted to define their services and inform potential customers about their expertise and how best to reach out. A competitive analysis was used to maximize on these pain points. The goal was to define the target audience, find strengths and weaknesses of competitor websites and compare services with other similar sites.
